What We Believe
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We Believe that the Bible is the Word of God, inspired by God, without error in the original manuscripts and the infallible rule of faith and practice.
We Believe that there is only one God, existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; and these three are equaled in power and glory; This Triune God created all things, confirmed all, and governs all.
We Believe in God the Father who is infinite, is Holy, is Almighty, and is Love; that by His grace He saves every person who comes to Him by faith in His Son Jesus Christ and frees them from sin, death, and wrath.
We Believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, the miraculous conception of him by the Holy Spirit, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His teachings; His miracles, His substitutionary death on the cross; His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His perpetual intercession for His people, and His imminent return.
We Believe that man was created by God, and for God; that by disobedience to God, man was subjected to sin and spiritual as well as physical death; and every man is a sinner by nature and practice.
We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for the sins of every manwho believes in Him, and consequently, man is declared righteous before God and is in a right relationship with God.
We Believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit that brings conviction to the world of sin, justice and judgment and to regenerate and sanctify, He distributes gifts to each individual believer as He desires for the edification of the body of Christ.
